The introduction of our new incentive program will reward YOU, our valued clients, with CASH! All you have to do is spread the word about your favorite custom builder.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
For each **eligible referral Boston North will pay you cash.
- $1 Million referral for New Home Construction or remodel you will receive - $10,000.00.
- $2 Million referral for New Home Construction or remodel you will receive - $20,000.00.
- $3 Million referral for New Home Construction or remodel you will receive - $30,000.00.
- $4 Million + BONUS CASH (to be discussed with Ben Perez)
**In order for a referral to be eligible to receive your cash incentive, the new client must sign the provided Boston North Development Contract, ensuring that services will be rendered. Upon the start of the newly signed project Boston North Development will write you a check. It's that easy!
